Stephanie Brazda, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Integrated Mental Health Professional with over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatments. She is the owner of Alternative Perspectives, LLC, an independent therapy practice located within Willow Mental Wellness.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (USL) and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University (LSU). She is currently pursuing certification in Perimenopause and Menopause Coaching, expanding her ability to support individuals and their families navigating hormonal and life transitions.

Stephanie works with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, personal and career development, and spiritual growth. Her therapeutic and integrative wellness approach focuses on helping clients identify meaningful goals and develop new perspectives that support overall wellbeing and personal growth.
She works collaboratively with clients to help them restore desired functioning and stability in day-to-day life; develop healthier thought processes and more helpful patterns for living; build supportive lifestyle foundations to include regulation of sleep, increased exercise and movement, and improved stress management; rebuild identity and direction; and reconnect and strengthen support systems.
In addition to providing therapy, Stephanie serves as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and supervising master’s-level social workers who are working toward licensure in the field of social work. Through both her clinical work and supervision, Stephanie is dedicated to strengthening the mental health profession and supporting the growth and well-being of those she serves.
