Addie Snyder, PMHNP-BC, is the owner and psychiatric provider at Willow Mental Wellness. She specializes in medication management for a wide range of psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders, providing individualized treatment plans focused on improving both mental health and overall quality of life.
Addie offers treatment for conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. She also provides in-house Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. Her approach to care emphasizes thoughtful medication management, patient education, and compassionate support throughout the treatment process.
A strong advocate for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, Addie is passionate about improving access to high-quality psychiatric care within the Acadiana community. She strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable seeking help and actively participating in their treatment.
Addie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. During her undergraduate studies, she received the Elsevier Sciences, Inc. Faculty Recognition Award, presented to a student recognized by faculty, staff, and peers for outstanding leadership within the school.
She has also been recognized as one of the Top Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Acadiana through the Acadiana’s Choice “Best Of” Contest by NERUS Strategies, highlighting her commitment to excellence and the impact of her work in the local mental health community.

Keirra White, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric provider at Willow Mental Wellness. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults with a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. In addition to medication management, Keirra also incorporates supportive therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.
Keirra is committed to building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with each client. Her approach focuses on developing safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment plans that align with each individual’s personal goals. She is dedicated to providing culturally competent care while helping patients navigate challenges and improve their overall mental well-being.
She provides treatment for a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioral disorders, and substance use disorders.
Keirra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and her Master of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University. Through her compassionate approach and commitment to patient-centered care, she strives to help individuals achieve stability, improved functioning, and a better quality of life.

Stephanie Brazda, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Mental Health Professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and substance use treatment. She is the owner of Alternative Perspectives, LLC, an independent therapy practice located within Willow Mental Wellness.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (USL) and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University (LSU). She is currently working toward her Perimenopause and Menopause Coach certification, expanding her ability to support individuals navigating hormonal and life transitions.
Stephanie works with individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, personal and career development, and spiritual growth. Her therapeutic and integrative wellness approach focuses on helping clients identify meaningful goals and develop new perspectives that support overall wellbeing and personal growth.
She works collaboratively with clients to help them restore desired functioning and stability in day-to-day life; develop healthier thought processes and more helpful patterns for living; build supportive lifestyle foundations to include regulation of sleep, increased exercise and movement, and improved stress management; rebuild identity and direction; and reconnect and strengthen support systems.
In addition to providing therapy, Stephanie serves as a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and supervising master’s-level social workers who are working toward licensure in the field of social work. Through both her clinical work and supervision, Stephanie is dedicated to strengthening the mental health profession and supporting the growth and well-being of those she serves.
